Copy of Return Policy

We offer returns on all items for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. To process your return, please contact our Customer Service at www.solokool.com/pages/customer-support regarding your return. If eligible according to the guidelines listed below, we will then provide a prepaid return label. 

Any orders returned with a retail value of $400 or more will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for returns, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be purchased from www.solokool.com. SoloKool does not offer returns on items purchased outside of our website.

All returns must be processed through www.solokool.com/pages/customer-support within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed.

All returns must have a packing slip provided.

All returns must be dropped off at a FedEx drop-off point. If you do not have access to a FedEx drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

The unit, instruction manual, and components (if applicable) must be shipped back in the original manufacturer’s box.

All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

At our discretion, the restocking fee of 15% may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box, or is missing packing material, manuals, or any accessories.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refund would go back to all payment methods used. SoloKool does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a SoloKool provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a refund and replace an order on www.solokool.com for the correct item.

Delivery Cancellation & Refusal:

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time prior to shipment. However,
once an order has been shipped, you will have to follow the Return Policy process
to return an item. Deliveries that are canceled mid-shipment will be charged a
return shipping fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% of the order sales value.
