SoloKool 1-Year Limited Warranty

SoloKool is committed to providing you with high-quality portable air conditioning units that offer reliable performance and cooling comfort. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products and as we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty:

Coverage: This 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Defective parts or components within the unit.
  • Malfunction due to manufacturing defects.
  • Problems arising from normal use and service.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, or acts of nature.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by use of non-approved accessories or components.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: If you believe your SoloKool portable air conditioning unit is covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support at www.solokool.com/pages/customer-support. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Our team will assess the issue and review if it falls under our warranty. If the warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for warranty servicing or replacement. For shipping, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will SoloKool be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

SoloKool reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty at any time.
